I figured I would do a new post segment since I have started biking daily. I want to get healthier but I don’t want to lose weight I actually want to gain it lol. So I thought I would start posting what I’m doing to stay healthy, fit and get to my goal weight of 150lbs. Yes you read that correct, lol. I’m currently at 136lbs.
So let’s begin with an experience I had with a cleanse pill I tried to rid my body of toxins and start clean when I started to quit smoking. I’m currently at 60 days plus a non smoker :0).
Morning (9:30 am)
I took two of the pills this morning. I started after my morning coffee. I added a bit less sugar to that as well. I had fruit this morning for breakfast and also took my biotin vitamin. I drank a full 23 oz bottle of Smart water.
Let me also note that while starting this detox and cleanse I was still a smoker. I started quitting the day I started the detox. Less cigs everyday to start quitting completely. Was the end goal for me.
I used the bathroom about 10 minutes after starting. Nothing crazy just the norm. Went on about my day. I was also doing 2 sets of 20 sit ups in the am and 2 sets at night.
80 sit ups a day may not sound like a lot. But I don’t believe in rushing to do a full football workout when your just starting to get back in the groove of working out. It will just discourage and overwhelm you and you ultimately end up quitting your routine shortly afterward.
Took my last two pills of the day. Ate dinner. Chicken, corn and homemade mashed potatoes. Did my 40 sit-ups for the night. Felt more energized before bed. Nothing crazy like bouncing off the walls lol but not sluggish or heavy in away.
Took two of the pills and my biotin vitamin and then did my regular sit-up routine. Everything is the same as yesterday. Had more fruit, coffee and water for breakfast.
I don’t feel as sluggish as I normally do. That could be because my system is getting cleaned out. That’s always a good thing.
Took my two pills. Ate dinner and relaxed. Boneless seasoned ribs, rice and broccoli. Trying to make sure there is vegetables and starch in the meal. Peed a few times before bed. Did my sit-up routine right before bed. Noticing that I am feeling more energized especially at night time.
Took 2 pills and biotin. Ate breakfast. Did my sit up routine. Had a cup of coffee and used the restroom as normal this morning. My core area is very sore today but I’m assuming that is from my body getting use to the exercise. Which is good right? No pain no gain lol.
In the afternoon around 1:30-2pm instead of eating candy or something unhealthy for a snack/lunch I had a Clif Bar in crunchy peanut butter and some Yogi kava stress relief tea. I used 2 bags for a stronger flavor.
Took my two pills for the night. Are dinner and had some hot tea. Did my last 40 sit-ups for the night and I feel more energized still. Not sluggish and tired. Didn’t feel super sluggish all day. Took a 10 minute nap on accident lol but other than that the day went by smoothly.
Took my pills as normal. Kinda busy morning so I skipped breakfast (bad I know). Ran my errands and then ate lunch at around 12 noon.
Took pills waayyy later than usual. Nothing different changed.
Now I missed like 1 morning and 1 evening but other than that I took them as directed.
Pretty much the same routine. In the end result I lost 10 pounds on accident. I was told that this was not a weight loss pill so I took it thinking that I would just get rid of some excess water weight and possibly some bloating and that I would be a bit more regular and used to drinking more water.
Needless to say I didn’t even finish the entire thing. I stopped once I realized I lost so much weight and that it was doing the complete opposite of what I thought it would be doing. This may not be the case for everyone but for me it was and I hated it lol. So I say use this pill at your own risk. You may or may not lose weight and if it’s what you want great, if not don’t do it lol.
